Production Executive

Job Description

Oversee the production process and develop production schedules. Ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines. Monitor and control production costs while maximizing productivity. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations. Manage and lead production staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Identify process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices. Prepare and maintain production reports and analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team. Drive cost savings while maintaining quality and efficiency. Mandatory Skills :- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus . General knowledge of engineering, technology for production of electrical cabinets Ability to read and use technical documents. Knowledge of measurement (selecting the correct measuring method).
