Production Executive

Production Operations

• Execute production activities for Oral Thin Films / Oral Dissolving Films (ODF) as per approved BMR/BPR.
• Operate and monitor thin film coating, drying, cutting, slitting, and packing processes.
• Ensure correct usage of raw materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Achieve daily and monthly production targets with minimum wastage.

cGMP & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation including BMRs, logbooks, cleaning records, and deviation reports.
• Participate in internal audits, regulatory audits (USFDA, EU-GMP, WHO, etc.), and customer audits.
• Handle and support deviations, OOS, change controls, and CAPA.

Equipment & Process Control

• Operate and coordinate qualification and maintenance of:
• Thin film casting machines
• Drying tunnels / ovens
• Slitting & cutting machines
• Ensure equipment cleaning, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor critical process parameters (CPPs) and critical quality attributes (CQAs).

Team Coordination

• Guide and supervise operators and technicians on the shop floor.
• Conduct on-job training on SOPs, safety, and cGMP practices.
• Ensure discipline, hygiene, and safety compliance in the production area.

Quality & Safety

• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and sampling.
• Ensure adherence to EHS and safety guidelines.
• Report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances promptly.

Continuous Improvement

• Support process optimization and yield improvement initiatives.
• Participate in technology transfer and scale-up activities.
• Suggest cost-reduction and efficiency improvement ideas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
