Production Executive

Designation: Production In-charge Responsibilities: 1.      Daily Production/ Despatch planning as per the monthly plan. 2.      Enquiries to Sub-contractors/ Suppliers. 3.      Receipt of Quotations and preliminary negotiations wherever called for. 4.      Follow up delivery. Ensure timely receipt of material as per the schedule. 5.      Follow up visits to suppliers and sub-contractors as and when required (Mostly in Bangalore). 6.      Check the correct receipt of material i.e. inspect based on drawing/datasheet/ checksheet. 7.      Ensure that all proper documentation is completed w.r.t. the material receipt i.e invoice, packing list, E-way bill etc. 8.      Maintain the check sheets/ Datasheets. 9.      Monitor the despatches and update to the Customer support/ management. Maintain the tracking by means of white board/excel sheets/ Whatsapp group. 10.  Monitor expenses daily with the help of excel sheet, provide advance projections of expenses . Monthly MIS reports. Basic Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Essential Skills; 1.      To read the mechanical/ Electrical drawings and understand the same. 2.      To lead a team of 2-3 people, guide them and achieve the results as per the company set Daily/ monthly targets. 3.      To plan the daily activities, monitor and take effective corrective actions. 4.      To effectively interact with Sub-contractors and Suppliers for timely deliveries. 5.      Must possess a two wheeler for movement. Work calls for movement around Bangalore for follow-ops.   Additional skills; Working knowledge of Auto-Cad. Experience in sub-contacting and logistics will be added advantage
