The Production Executive will be responsible for managing pre-production and post-production processes, leading production teams and crews, and ensuring projects are executed within timelines while maintaining client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills to align operations, creative teams, and client requirements seamlessly.

Oversee all aspects of pre-production and post-production.
Manage assignments, project timelines, and deliverables.
Supervise work leads and production crew.
Ensure all contractual timelines are met and updates are effectively communicated.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout project stages.
Ensure maximum client satisfaction and deliver the best possible visual presentation experience.
Address client feedback and align internal execution accordingly.
Maintain and update production sheets for monitoring progress.
Follow up with team members on tasks and targets.
Ensure smooth operational alignment across departments.
Coordinate with crew members and the booking manager to ensure proper resource allocation.
Manage team and crew bookings as per company protocols and communicate details to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
