Roles and Responsibilities

Plan production activities according to daily schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
Implement lean manufacturing principles, line balancing, manpower handling, rejection control, OEE calculation, Poka Yoke, shop floor control, and shift planning.
Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
