Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining stringent quality standards, and contributing to a smooth workflow from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Manufacturing Processes: Oversee daily production activities from start to finish, ensuring that manufacturing schedules are met and deadlines are strictly adhered to. Quality Control: Implement, monitor, and maintain robust quality control measures to ensure that all products consistently meet high-quality standards and specifications. Resource Management: Optimize production processes, resource allocation, and workflows to improve overall efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize operational costs. Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process bottlenecks in a timely and effective manner to minimize downtime. Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and comprehensive production reports, logs, and other required documentation, providing clear insights into operational performance. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Production Management, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably within the food industry. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical and effective solutions. Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership capabilities to effectively supervise and motivate production teams, combined with strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with other departments. Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, strict quality control measures, and adherence to all relevant safety regulations. Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records in a fast-paced environment.
