Additional Parameters:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production engineering
• Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
• Experience in the eyewear industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if required

Job Summary:

As a Production Engineer at Titan, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of eyewear frames. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules
• Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement solutions
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that all products meet company standards
• Train and supervise production staff to ensure that they are following proper procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain production records and prepare reports for management
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in production techniques
