Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing production processes at our facility in Bhosari. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards, developing efficient production schedules, and collaborating with various teams to enhance production efficiency. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvement, troubleshooting production issues, and providing technical support to production staff. You will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and ideally possess 0-1 year of experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment. A basic understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality control principles will be essential. Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks will be advantageous. Effective communication and teamwork skills are also crucial for success in this role.
