Production Engineer (Quality) in Navi Mumbai

We are hiring a Production Engineer (Quality) to join our manufacturing unit in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control, production processes, and material inspection, especially in the FRP/ GRP/composite products domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and final products.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects.
• Maintain documentation related to quality inspections, reports, and audits.
• Coordinate with production and R&D teams for process improvements.
• Implement and monitor corrective actions for any quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and internal quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production quality in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis, and inspection methods.
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with FRP/Composite materials is an added advantage.
