Job Description

Mystical Propack Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage production operations and planning for blow molding, injection molding, and injection blow molding.
Oversee quality control, manpower, and shift planning.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth machine operations.
Coordinate with QC and maintenance teams to resolve product and process concerns.
Drive efficiency improvements, scrap reduction, and cost control.
Ensure dispatch readiness and delivery schedules are met.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in plastic packaging production.
Strong knowledge of blow molding, injection molding, and injection blow molding.
Leadership in shop floor management and production planning.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics, or Polymer Engineering.
