Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules to meet targets.
Monitor, analyze, and improve production processes for higher efficiency.
Prepare and maintain production-related documentation and reports.
Manage manpower allocation and ensure smooth workflow across shifts.
Oversee CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards in the production line.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of CNC machine setting and maintenance.
Experience in production planning, process management, and documentation.
Ability to analyze and improve production efficiency.
Good understanding of manpower management and team coordination.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on minimizing downtime.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
Prior experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
