Company Description

We are looking for a Production Engineer (Mechanical) with a strong understanding of drawing reading, BOM creation, fabrication processes, and machinery operations like CNC, lathe, milling, and welding. The candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing, material knowledge, and process supervision.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer, located in Ghaziabad. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, including production planning, quality control, and ensuring adherence to timelines. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production data, optimizing workflows, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining communication with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Location: Meerut Road, Ghaziabad- 201003

Salary: As per industry standards

Qualification: B. Tech Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical

Experience: 3–5 years in a relevant manufacturing industry

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

What We’re Looking For:

• (Mandatory) Experience in CNC Machine, Lathe Machine, Milling Machine, and CNC Programming
• (Mandatory) Knowledge of Casting, Forging, Material Knowledge, and Metallurgy
• (Mandatory) Hands-on experience with Measuring Instruments – Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Hardness Tester
• (Mandatory) Understanding of Cutting, Bending, Welding, and Finishing processes
• (Mandatory) Skilled in GA Drawing, Manufacturing Drawing, and BOM Creation
• Ability to handle multi-product manufacturing (1,000–5,000 products) with strong process understanding.
