Job Description

Equipment design
: Designs and develops tooling, fixtures, and equipment for specific assembly tasks, such as automated cutters, crimpers, and labeling machines.
Maintenance oversight
: Schedules and oversees regular maintenance and calibration of production equipment to prevent breakdowns and prolong machinery life.
Technical support
: Provides on-site technical support to production teams to address equipment downtime and other process issues.
Technology implementation
: Evaluates and integrates new technologies and automation systems to modernize the production process.

Compliance monitoring
: Ensures all manufacturing processes adhere to industry standards and regulations, including ISO and OSHA requirements.

Safety protocols
: Establishes and enforces strict safety procedures and protocols to protect workers and maintain a safe working environment.
