ARD is engaged in Design, Engineering, Manufacturing , Supply, Install and commissioning of Vapour recovery Unit for our principal partner, Lubrication & Fluid System; Filtration & Separation Systems; Pressure Vessel; Package Systems like Gas Conditioning Skid, Fuel Forwarding Skid, PRDS , DRS ,IMS ( Instrument Measuring skid ) ,QOEC ( Quick Opening End Closure ),MPS (Mechanical Pig signaller ) ,having setup in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Overview

As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the production process for heat exchangers, and pressure vessels and Lube oil skied . You will be responsible for production planning, manpower management

If you possess strong fabrication knowledge, can interpret complex engineering drawings, and have proven leadership abilities, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manpower Supervision:

   Lead and manage production teams to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.

• Engineering Drawings:

   Read, interpret, and execute work based on General Arrangement (GA) and fabrication drawings.

• Production Planning:

   Develop and implement production schedules to meet project timelines and quality goals.

• Fabrication Expertise:

   Apply hands-on experience in the fabrication of condensers, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels.

• Work Reporting:

   Prepare and maintain daily work reports, progress updates, and performance analyses.

• Monitoring:

   Oversee day-to-day shop floor operations and ensure timely execution as per the production plan.

• Process Improvement:

   Identify areas for process optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Coordination:

   Collaborate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

   Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience:

   2–3 years of relevant experience in fabrication and production engineering.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
