Production engineer

As a Production Supervisor at Amitoje India, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and drawing up a production schedule and ensuring timely execution. - Determining quality control standards and enforcing strict adherence to quality procedures. - Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. - Overseeing and coaching employees, ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed. - Supervising and evaluating performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, etc.). - Maintaining 5S on the factory floor. - Monitoring production to resolve issues and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate channels. - Preparing and submitting status and performance reports. - Collaborating with quality control, warehouse, and other staff. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar managerial role. - Knowledge of production management and quality standards. - Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
