Job Location- Boisar-Tarapur

Qualification

Graduation / Post Graduation in Science or PharmaWith 2 - 4 years of production documentation experience in FMCG / Food / Pharmaceutical / Medical device manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities

Principal thrust area:

Prepare, Review, File, record, maintain documents and database systems for documentation related to Capsule production. This will include SOP(which SOPs need to be mentioned), new projects GMP, ISO, process validation, risk assessment etc.

Key Deliverables

  • Prepare & review SOPs, work instructions, protocols, production schedules, production batch files, master-control documents, change control documents, customer complaints & CAPA, weekly reports, monthly reports.
  • Update all documents periodically and maintain electronic data files as well as hard copies.
  • Communicate with sales team for dispatch related issues.
  • Training employees on efficient document preparation and usage.
  • Preparing documents for visual display related to SOP, Work instruction, 5S / Kaizen etc.
  • Check and correct the grammar, spelling, and sentence structuring. Utilize software skills to write, edit, revise and compare documents according to guidelines.(which guidelines)
  • Proofread, merge and format documents whenever required.
  • Maintain excellent quality and resolve errors in documents. Check completion and correctness of forms, documents etc.
