Production Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities across various production departments such as Embroidery, Digital Prints, Screen Prints, and Weaving. Your role will involve ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining timelines, and preparing detailed computer-based reports for management review. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate day-to-day production activities in departments like Embroidery, Digital Printing, Screen Printing, and Weaving. - Monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery. - Prepare and maintain computerized reports, MIS, and daily production updates. - Facilitate communication and workflow between department heads. - Identify delays, bottlenecks, and suggest corrective actions. - Track raw material usage, wastage, and maintain efficiency reports. - Ensure adherence to quality checks during the production process. - Assist in planning and implementing process improvements. Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree, preferably in Textile/Production/Management. - Minimum 3 years of experience in production coordination within the textile or related industry. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software. - Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under strict deadlines.
