Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Production Supervisor will oversee and report daily production activities, ensure adherence to production schedules, and manage production planning. Key responsibilities include supervising production staff, maintaining quality control, and optimizing workflow to meet production targets. The role requires effective communication with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Criteria: Strong Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience Proficient in MS Excel and Word with a minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience required. Ability to develop and manage Production Schedules and Production Planning Excellent Team Handling Capacity Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Experience in the manufacturing industry specially in Leather Goods Manufacturing Unit is mandatory A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Costing, or a related field is preferred.
