As a Production Analyst, youll support with providing day-to-day technology based services and will assist with deploying new, complex applications and architecture across the domain. Well look to you to support the delivery of application management, application support and the building of environments for systems, making sure all deployments into production environments meet the appropriate quality standards.

Its a highly collaborative role which will see you working closely with platform and domain stakeholders to ensure the robustness and resilience of the platform. Youll also work with feature teams to understand the upcoming changes and prevent potential issues occurring.

Your role will also involve

• Providing end-to-end application support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues
• Executing production deployments, ensuring compliance with quality and governance standards
• Collaborating with feature teams to enable Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Generating and maintaining operational and performance reports.
• Analyse recurring incidents and feedback to identify areas for service improvement
• Attending Daily Stand-Ups (DSUs) and PI planning sessions with feature teams
• Proactively identify and address systemic issues impacting platform stability

Were looking for someone with technical knowledge and experience including platform, technology, products and domains. Along with this, youll bring experience of working in an Agile or DevOps environment with continuous delivery and continuous integration.

Were also looking for:

• Experience of at least 8 years in Production or Application Support and its process
• Good knowledge of Java, Springboot, Cloud (MS Azure/Aws), Microservices, Rest API, Oracle/Cosmos DB/Postgre SQL as well as Swagger, Jira, postman and Servicenow
• Knowledge and experience of industry standard toolsets and processes
• Knowledge and experience of using operational principles
• A very capable communicator with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleagues
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
