Job Overview:

Product Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product training sessions for counselors and academic advisors.
• Provide detailed information about Chandigarh University’s courses, programs, and unique offerings.
• Assess trainees’ understanding and ensure complete knowledge transfer.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials and product manuals.
• Ensure all counselors and staff are certified and trained as per university standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with academic and admissions teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university programs and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum

  3–4 years of experience

  as a Product Trainer, preferably in the

  education or edtech industry

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
