. Job Overview

  • Title:

     Product Support Tech Advisor 4

  • Location:

     Kochi / Bengaluru

  • Contract Duration:

     1 Year (Contract to Hire after 1.5 Years)

  • Shift Model:

     Multiple Shifts (Day only), Hybrid (2 days office)

  • Shift Timings:

    • Shift 1: 10:00 AM 5:00 PM
    • Shift 2: 5:30 PM 9:40 PM

  • Role Type:

     Individual Contributor

2. Candidate Requirements

  • Experience:

    • Total: 7–8 years
    • Relevant: Minimum 4+ years in technical support

  • Education:

     Bachelor’s degree (B.E, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc or equivalent)

  • Interview Process:

    • Two rounds
    • Final round may be face-to-face if candidate is local
  • SQL/PLSQL (Advanced level – procedures, analytics, writing procedures)
  • Data Warehousing
  • ETL (Basic understanding)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good To Have:

  • AWS S3
  • Unix

Preferred Skills:

  • Reltio MDM (Not mandatory; training can be provided by internal team)
