Project Appraisal & Monitoring Appraise residential and commercial projects for funding and approval. Monitor the stage-wise progress of approved/funded projects. Ensure compliance with technical and ficial benchmarks. Documentation & Reporting Scrutinize property-related documents and prepare technical reports. Maintain accurate records of builder status and project data across zones. Review and update process notes periodically to reflect regulatory changes. Due Diligence & Risk Mitigation Ensure thorough due diligence during project approval to prevent fraud. Identify and report discrepancies or risks in property documentation. Market Intelligence & Regulatory Updates Collect and update market information on a regular basis. Track amendments and regulations affecting property and construction sectors.
