Job Description

Provide technical solutions for complex vehicle functional issues to global field technical support engineers
Plan & execution for ensuring faster issue resolution & reducing warranty costs
Identify the potential product issues based on vehicle diagnostic & warranty data
Serve as the after-sales technical representative in product issue resolution with other stakeholders (Development/Quality/Production/Aftersales/Certification)
Prepare technical/commercial impact of product issues for technical meetings with stakeholders
Represent after-sales in cross-functional management meetings

Expected Skill set :

Strong technical expertise in modern vehicle powertrain systems (EV/PHEV/ICE) & complex vehicle issue troubleshooting experience
Proficiency in interpreting wiring diagrams, hydraulic circuit diagrams & component removal/refitment instructions
Understanding of OEM after-sales service processes & standards
Excellent analytical skills & critical thinking for assessing and resolving technical issues
Collaborative approach with good communication & stakeholder management skills
