The Product Operations Analyst for Data Extraction at Numerator plays a crucial role in analyzing and fixing data bugs at scale while preventing their release through quality control measures. Working closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager, you will prioritize issues, solve complex problems, and ensure client needs are met. Collaboration with the Engineering team is essential to understand bug fixes and communicate their success or necessary adjustments. Your responsibilities will include: - Writing SQL queries to identify data affected by bugs - Becoming a subject matter expert on data extraction flows and receipt data components - Using internal tools to fix data bugs, monitor batch jobs, and confirm successful implementation - Performing data analysis to assess data quality issues and reporting findings to stakeholders - Evaluating reported data bugs, translating them into Jira tickets for Engineering teams - Communicating root causes of data problems and desired outcomes to Engineers - Conducting quality control of data fixes and tool features before release Requirements: - Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences - Intermediate SQL skills - Experience with agile or product management software, preferably JIRA - Proficiency in reading data in JSON format - Attention to detail and bug identification skills - Understanding of consumer, retail, or eCommerce datasets (preferred) Join Numerator's dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of market intelligence!,
