Product Support engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Support Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in PLSQL and demonstrate excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve product defects and issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, procedures, and solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and customers to enhance product understanding and usage.
• Monitor and report on product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications (Skills/Competencies) :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a product support or technical support role.
• Proficiency in PLSQL and experience with database management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
