Product Support Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Dayforce WFM Product Support Specialist to join our Service Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, ensuring smooth functioning of time, attendance, scheduling, and related WFM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 product support for Dayforce WFM applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, integrations, and user access.

Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Analyze recurring problems and implement sustainable solutions or process improvements.

Handle service requests, incident tickets, and ensure SLA compliance.

Assist in configuration changes, user training, documentation, and testing activities.

Monitor Kronos system performance and proactively identify potential issues.

Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and change control processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Ceridian, Dayforce.

Strong understanding of WFM concepts such as timekeeping, labor laws, shifts, and pay policies.

Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Experience working in a 24x7 support environment or shift-based operations (preferred).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
