Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mendix and a background in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to product development and improvement ensuring alignment with company goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance products using Mendix ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Provide technical expertise in Mendix to support the development and maintenance of high-quality products.
Assist in the design and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals and industry standards.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure product reliability and performance.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on product development progress.
Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Utilize domain knowledge in Life and Annuities Insurance to enhance product offerings and address industry-specific challenges.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features specifications and updates.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest Mendix developments and industry trends.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the product development process.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Mendix with a proven track record of successful product development.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance with the ability to apply this knowledge to product development.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Display strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality products.
Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies as needed.
