Job Opportunity: Product Specialist Service Engineer | Oben Electric

Product Specialists – Service Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and replace electronic components, including chargers, HMIs, motors, and controllers.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault detection using diagnostic tools.
Collaborate with service teams to enhance product performance and reliability.
Provide technical support and training to service personnel across locations.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of service issues and resolutions.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of
