Job Title: Product Specialist – Medical Equipment

Location: Delhi

Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
To provide expert knowledge and support on medical equipment products, assisting the sales team and clients with product selection, demonstrations, training, and after-sales support to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all medical equipment products, features, applications, and technical specifications.
• Customer Support: Assist clients, hospitals, and clinics in understanding product benefits and proper usage. Provide solutions to technical queries.
• Demonstrations & Training: Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and sales teams.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical guidance during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to support product positioning and strategy.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documents, manuals, and reports for internal teams and clients.
• After-Sales Support: Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to support product launches and promotional activities.

• Strong technical knowledge of medical equipment.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to clients and team members.
• Problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in medical equipment sales, technical support, or product specialization.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with frequent client visits, product demonstrations, and occasional travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
