We are looking for a confident, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Product Specialist (Female) who can effectively demonstrate our in-house EdTech products to schools, institutions, and partners.
This role involves on-site demos across South India, online demonstrations, training sessions, and close coordination with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, and Development.

Ideal for candidates who enjoy presenting, interacting with clients, and explaining digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Demonstration & Client Engagement

Conduct in-person product demonstrations at schools/institutions showcasing Smart Class, 3D Learning Content, FLN tools, Assessments, and Digital Learning Platforms.
Deliver online demos for clients when required.
Explain product features clearly and confidently to principals, teachers, coordinators, and decision-makers.
Provide basic training to school staff during initial onboarding.

Cross-Team Coordination

Coordinate demo schedules, client requirements, and follow-up activities with the Sales team.
Work with the Marketing team to align messaging, presentation materials, and product positioning.
Share client feedback, feature requests, and improvement insights with the Development/Product team.

Product Expertise & Support

Gain deep product knowledge across all Jnyanam EdTech offerings.
Address client questions during and after demos.
Document demo outcomes and report insights to internal teams.
Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of our digital solutions.

Travel Requirements

Travel to client locations across South India for demo sessions, training visits, implementation support, or events.
Participate in exhibitions, product showcases, workshops, and educational conferences as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Female candidates preferred (based on client engagement and presentation requirements).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain tech-based educational products in a simple and engaging way.
Confident in presenting to groups of teachers, school leaders, and administrators.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite, PPT creation, etc.).
Willingness to travel frequently across South India.
Experience in EdTech demonstrations, training, teaching, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may also apply.

Hybrid role: Field visits + Office + Online demos
