Role Description(Test Lead)

* Collaborate with the Testing team to streamline workflows, resolve technical blockers, and meet project milestones.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive Test Plans, Test Methods, and test design specifications for rigorous security assessment.

* Review and validate test cases and test suites to ensure alignment with quality standards and regulatory requirements (3GPP/ITSAR).

* Conduct Red Teaming operations and ethical hacking exercises to simulate real-world attack scenarios.

* Utilize industry-standard security tools (Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Wireshark) for deep-dive analysis and packet inspection.

* Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, regulations, and best practices.

* Contribute to the development and enhancement of testing tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

* B.Tech/B.E/MCA/MSc (CS/IT/Cybersecurity) with relevant certifications (CEH preferred).

* Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity product testing.

* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
