Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the BFSI industry.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements, leveraging expertise in concept selling, consultative sales, space selling, solution sales, and enterprise sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective account planning, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting offerings such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics etc.
