Job Requirements Job Title - Product Sales Manager-Retails CMS Business Unit - Function - Retail Liabilities Job Purpose "Support to Frontline Retail Sales Team, to guide on Digital Products - viz.. NACH, UPI & Virtual Accounts & assist solution activation. Build up CASA Balances Enhance Solution Active customers." Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities: Identify potential clientele for Digital Solutions - NACH, UPI, Virtual Accounts & related API Knowledge share on digital products for frontline to drive Solution attachment Process simplification that makes customer on-boarding & transacting experience easy Work closely with the NSM - Retail Solutions to develop sales strategy Drive Current Account balance build-up with Solution led acquiring. Generate CMS Fee Income. Domain Knowledge mandatory (KYC, On-boarding, RBI guidelines, understanding of CMS products). Structuring tasks - managing tasks, upholding standards & focused on producing output Previous relevant minimum experience of 3 years in Product Sales Manager role & high value client handling. Acquire & manage high value Liability relationship by meeting clients on a daily basis & pitching Retail CMS Solutions. Drive product development & marketing initiatives as part of central product team Entrepreneurial mindset to build the business ground up and subsequently scale it up rapidly by meeting clients on a daily basis."
