Product Sales Manager - Cash Management Services

As a Product Sales Manager - Cash Management Sales, your primary role is to work closely with Wholesale Bank Relationship Managers/Product Sales Managers for transaction banking evolving digital product sales and acquiring new clients within corporate, NBFC, FI, and CLG segments. You will also contribute to product penetration by scoping and cross-selling transaction banking digital products within the target client space. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing transaction banking requirements of clients and relevant regulatory relationships - Prospecting and identifying clients with strong Transaction Banking potential and penetrating with evolving digital solutions - Activating the wish-list of clients identified on Transaction Banking and growing the overall business - Providing inputs on products, service levels, and product features to product and strategy teams to develop a best-in-class Transaction Banking suite of products - Providing inputs on sales strategy for setting up transaction banking services for clients - Owning, articulating, and executing business strategy covering product development management, sales, and service delivery to achieve cash management and trade targets - Updating and training Relationship Managers on any new Transaction Banking Products (Cash and Trade) - Ensuring timely implementation of client deals and assisting them in resolving transactional issues - Developing an excellent working rapport with all stakeholders for effective execution of responsibilities - Gathering market knowledge and feedback for competition benchmarking to evaluate in-house offerings consistently - Working closely with Product and Operations teams for process re-engineering and product enhancements to increase client stickiness - Identifying and forging strategic alliances in various segments for delivery of innovative solutions to clients In terms of education qualifications, any graduation and post-graduation degree would be suitable for this role.,
