Product Sales Executive - Electronic Locks

As a Sales Product Manager at our Pune location, your role will involve driving sales targets for the assigned product area/region. You will be responsible for leading the company's vision and introducing innovative new products to the market. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to identify user needs and prioritize product opportunities - Benchmarking competition to understand product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats - Establishing requirements and specifications for new products - Communicating vision and goals of new products to the development team - Leading planning meetings and providing guidance on product direction - Managing cross-functional teams across business, sales, product, design, and engineering - Developing metrics to evaluate the success of products and features - Collaborating with customers, team members, and influencers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of products and evolving needs - Managing product launch and stock at various locations during the initial period Qualifications required for the role include: - MBA with 3 to 5 years of sales experience - Good communication skills and proficiency in Hindi, English (Marathi optional) - Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel - Knowledge of sales processes, strong presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to understand customer issues and willingness to relocate as per company requirements If you meet the above criteria and are looking to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team, please send your application to careers@europalocks.com.
