Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Owner with expertise in the healthcare domain to drive the development of innovative healthcare solutions. The PO will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring delivery of high-quality products that meet business objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for healthcare solutions, aligning with business goals.

Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on value, risk, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, UX, QA, clinical experts, and operations.

Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patients.

Ensure product features comply with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, GDPR as applicable).

Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.

Validate that delivered features meet acceptance criteria and stakeholder expectations.

Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Owner in healthcare or life sciences.

Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical systems, EHR/EMR systems, and regulatory requirements.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in digital health, telemedicine, or healthcare IT platforms.

Technical knowledge of software development processes and cloud-based healthcare solutions.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, IT, or related field.

Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CSPO, PMI-ACP) preferred.
