As a mature Product Owner with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for articulating and finalizing product requirements with client business stakeholders. Your role will involve utilizing your excellent detailing and analytics skills to solve problems effectively. You must possess outstanding communication skills to negotiate and finalize product business requirements with client stakeholders. Additionally, you will be required to produce hands-on deliverables such as business process flows, requirement specifications, user stories, and product backlogs. Key Responsibilities: - Articulate and finalize product requirements with client business stakeholders - Utilize detailing and analytics skills for effective problem-solving - Produce hands-on deliverables like business process flows, requirement specifications, user stories, and product backlog - Work with Agile teams in the Product Owner role, leading requirement grooming and sprint planning - Plan, track, and monitor work for a group of product analysts/BAs to develop product requirements - Collaborate with UI/UX/Visual design teams to guide the product's user interface process - Understand modern web/mobile application development and data structures - Apply domain knowledge in Automobile, Transportation, and Smart Mobility Qualifications Required: - Product Management experience - Stakeholder Management skills - Experience in Agile Environment, working with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of MVP and MMP - Business Analysis experience and proficiency in related tools and techniques - Ownership of the product roadmap - Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills - Attention to detail - Technical understanding of product technologies - Proficiency in tools like Miro, Figma, Aha, JIRA, Azure DevOps In your role, you will need to demonstrate strong analysis skills and a natural interest in problem-solving. You should be able to collaborate with stakeholders to develop the product vision and concept, understand end users' needs, and translate them into product requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, articulating product requirements, and translating the product roadmap into well-defined requirements through documentation. Furthermore, you will be expected to manage the product backlog, collaborate with UI/UX teams, work on pre-sales activities, and participate in product development sprints. Testing skills are crucial, including the capability to test products during development stages and manage User Acceptance Testing. Your role will also involve providing updates to stakeholders, demonstrating the developed product, and developing user documentation. Lastly, your willingness to travel to client sites for short to medium durations and adhere to ISMS policies and procedures will be essential for this role.
