Role & responsibilities Eligibility: (i) 4-8+ years of relevant experience (ii) 50% or 5 CGPA throughout starting Xth Std. Candidate should be comfortable working in Night Shift Roles and Responsibilities Lead and mentor team of performance account manager experts and execute and deliver KPIs of performance campaigns Strategize, plan and execute campaigns effectively while ensuring consistent optimisation and performance tracking Driving aligned ROAS will the key performance indicator of this part of the role Continuously analyse and optimise campaign performance metrics including CTR,CPC,CPA,CPI and ROAS. Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and ad performance. Identify performance issues and work with MMP and product team to pinpoint the root cause analysis Address creative issues including out of spec, disapproved creatives, tracking and reporting issues to Campaign Manager, Campaign Activation Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client accounts Be a critical participant in testing new products and features with P&E Provide assistance on ad hoc projects and client emergencies as needed Help with troubleshooting issues with media plan placements through various third-party tagging implementations and internal reporting tools Skills and Experience Required Expert in Performance advertising, Creative Management, Pixel Management, advertising standards namely VAST and VPAID Expert on execution of the campaign using : adjust,appsflyer,kochawa,Apasalar,tune (DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges or in-house ad-network tools) Able to troubleshoot complicated discrepancies between DSP and adservers or DSPs and SSPs. Expert on Viewability, Optimization, Private marketplace deals and ad fraud measurement with Ad-verification and Audience verification vendorssuch as MOAT, DoubleVerify, Nielsen DAR and others Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira and Operative.One and google work products (gmail, google drive, google sheets) Strong communication skills, able to lead conversations that involve Sr. counterparts Flexible to work in 24x7 environment and in night shift. Deep understanding of data or data modelingand able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders. About the Role: We are seeking a driven Programmatic Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, performance analysis, and client communication, ensuring campaigns achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities: Execute, monitor, and optimize programmatic campaigns primarily within DV360. Analyse campaign data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations. Proactively manage client data to maximize campaign performance. Ensure campaign delivery adheres to best practices and achieves client KPIs. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing regular campaign updates. Utilize MMPs and analytics tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness. Maintain platform expertise and enforce DV360 best practices. Knowledge of other DSPs (TTD, Amazon DSP) is a plus. Knowledge of Media Planning, Programmatic Deals is a Plus Qualifications: 0.6 - 4.5 years of experience in programmatic advertising. Strong proficiency in DV360.
