Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to join our agile team. This role involves overseeing the development process and ensuring that the product aligns with customer needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring they are aware of the team’s progress and any issues.

Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions between stakeholders and the development team.

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.

Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and team capacity.

Gather and document customer requirements and user stories.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable tasks.

Ensure that user stories are well-defined and ready for development.

Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog.

Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders and the development team

Plan product releases and set expectations for delivery.

Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features.

Manage and communicate the release schedule to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Certified CSM and/or CSPO preferred.

Strong knowledge in NPD , SCR and CAPA Handling

Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar
