Product Owner

As a Product Owner at Daxko, your role is integral in understanding and analyzing both internal and external customer needs to effectively communicate those requirements to the development team through user stories. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure successful product delivery and serve as the voice of the customer throughout the software development process. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate into the agile development team to drive successful product delivery and represent the customer's voice - Collaborate with Product Managers to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Create and maintain a product backlog aligned with the product strategy by formulating epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria - Prioritize enhancements and feature requests in coordination with Product Managers and assist in managing the product roadmap - Own the release planning and sprint planning processes to set and achieve release and sprint goals - Mitigate risks and issues that may impact the team's completion of goals - Ensure acceptance criteria are met in the current release and conduct sprint reviews from a business/customer perspective - Produce documentation to support development, launch, and marketing initiatives - Conduct detailed product demonstrations for both internal and external audiences - Act as a subject matter expert to assist with sales and support activities Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent professional experience - 2+ years of experience in product ownership or management roles - Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools - Strong negotiation skills with engineers and senior leadership - Ability to drive high-quality results and communicate effectively - Translate market and customer feedback into product requirements - Passion for creating value for customers - Experience leading cross-functional teams Preferred qualifications: - Certifications in Agile, Pragmatic Marketing, Project Management, or Scrum Product Owner - Experience leading multiple scrum teams - Collaboration with UX teams for designing solutions By joining Daxko, you will be part of a diverse workforce committed to inclusivity and innovation.
