Product Owner

As a Product Owner at APPWRK IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading the development and enhancement of our IT solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet market demands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, prioritize the product backlog, and analyze product performance to drive innovation and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product execution. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive product enhancements. - Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate ideas, and make data-driven decisions. - Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market positioning to implement improvements. - Monitor key metrics and product KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to improve user experience and market fit. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.). - Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and product strategy development. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive cross-functional collaboration. - Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
