We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and drive the success of our product initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product teams to organize, prioritize, and assess work for the Scrum team. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of user needs and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to manage product releases effectively.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Domain expertise in the airline industry, particularly in crew planning or tracking operations.

Key Skills

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in requirements specification and writing user stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Familiarity with IT industry standards in software development and implementation.

Responsibilities

1. Lead Scrum teams as the Product Owner.
2. Provide clear vision and direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders.
3. Ensure the team always has a well-prepared and prioritized backlog.
4. Collaborate with Product Managers to maintain and plan the product roadmap.
5. Ensure the quality of product releases delivered to customers.
6. Conduct backlog grooming, including identifying dependencies and facilitating estimations.
7. Own and drive sprint planning and sprint reviews.
8. Define and communicate sprint goals.
9. Actively participate in sprint retrospectives.
10. Support Airline Consultants in epic reviews, grooming, and feasibility checks with development/technical teams.
11. Stay updated on product capabilities and business processes.
12. Maintain up-to-date product documentation.
13. Assist consultants with pre-sales activities.
14. Conduct ongoing business training for the delivery team.
15. Stay informed about the latest Agile/Scrum best practices and industry trends.
