• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Proven ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability for product success
• Strong ability to translate business goals into clear, actionable product requirements
• Experience in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing backlog
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp for sprint and backlog management
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions using product metrics, customer feedback, and market insights
• Solid understanding of UX principles, wireframes, and user journeys
• Comfort working with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints & feasibility
• Clear, concise communication and documentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Experience in conducting product demos, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or analytics tools (a plus)
