Requirements (What We’re Looking For): 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment Proven ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability for product success Strong ability to translate business goals into clear, actionable product requirements Experience in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing backlog Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp for sprint and backlog management Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to make data-driven decisions using product metrics, customer feedback, and market insights Solid understanding of UX principles, wireframes, and user journeys Comfort working with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints & feasibility Clear, concise communication and documentation skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Experience in conducting product demos, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or analytics tools (a plus) 📩 Send your updated resume to career@codezilla.io 🚀 Join Codezilla and accelerate your career in the IT industry! 7869977453
