Job Description

Project Role : Product Owner Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. Must have skills : Agile Project Management, Health Insurance Operations Good to have skills : NAMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education6-8 years of delivery management experience with 3-5 years of experience as a scrum master with the following responsibilities:Hands-on experience writing database queries, No-SQL databases, preparing JSON/XML samples for affinity partners, modifying XML/JSON schema's and author/publish business rules using drools.Knowledge of utilizing API clients such as Postman or SoapUI to run/analyze APIs. Responsible for writing basic rest API specifications if needed.1. Responsible to facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.2. Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.3. Should be a friendly communicative person, because when team is moving fast in Agile, communication is the effective force which holds the team together.4. Needs to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source.5. Needs to be expert in estimation and planning. He knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.6. Should be a good coach in Agile practices. S/he can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.7.Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.8. Ability to shield his team from outside distractions and interferences.9. Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process.10. Ability to track and remove impediments.11. Experience of using Agile tools Jira Confluence preferredTechnical experience:1 Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other product management software2 Writing clear user stories and defining requirements is a crucial skill.3 Managing and prioritizing the backlog efficiently ensures smooth development.4 Understanding Agile frameworks like Scrum is essential for managing product development5 Ready to work in shifts -12 PM to 10 PM Qualification 15 years full time education
