Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor product performance and operational metrics.
Collaborate with product managers and onboarding teams to streamline workflows and processes.
Support rollout of new product features and ensure adoption across teams.
Analyse usage data and client feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Ensure
data sanity and accuracy
during the onboarding of new clients, including validation of client-provided information and logic.
Work on
data validation frameworks
to prevent operational errors and ensure smooth onboarding.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to track key product and operational metrics.
Manage tools and platforms for product operations, including project management (Jira, Notion), and analytics/research platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

Recent BE/B. Tech in Business, Engineering, Computer Science stream (Candidates from premier institutes like IIT/NIT preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with
SQL, statistics, and data interpretation
is a plus.
Proficient in
MS Excel, PowerPoint
, and other data analysis tools.
Experience in
E-commerce operations
is a plus.
Familiarity with
roadmapping, project management, and analytics platforms
( Jira, Notion, Posthog, GA).
Attention to detail and focus on
data accuracy and validation
.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
