Job Description

About the Role: Deltek is looking for a collaborative and results-driven individual to join the Product Management team. This role involves planning, developing, and executing new features and upgrades for the cloud-based software solution, ArchiSnapper. The ideal candidate should have software product management experience, a passion for understanding client requirements, and the ability to work closely with the engineering team to translate those requirements into product features. This role requires global working hours and involves working with internal and external product experts. Key Responsibilities: Create and own product requirements, establish business cases, and prioritize needs Develop detailed requirement specifications for new enhancements Collaborate with stakeholders, UX, and Engineering teams to transform requirements into compelling product enhancements Attend daily scrums and prioritize bug backlog Participate in product launches and assist customer care with ArchiSnapper questions and escalations Assist internal cloud, security and support teams with ArchiSnapper questions and escalations Review and manage customer ideas and create release readiness content
