This leadership role requires a sharp understanding of treasury and corporate banking ecosystems, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and executive leadership to ensure our Treasury offerings are positioned effectively in global markets and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for the Treasury product portfolio, aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Develop differentiated messaging and positioning based on market insights, customer segmentation, and treasury product features.
- Create and implement global and regional go-to-market plans that resonate with corporate clients, banks, and fintech partners.
- Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns focused on brand positioning, client acquisition, and engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to refine strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
- Design and execute demand generation programs targeting corporate and institutional clients.
- Develop marketing assets including brochures, use cases, pitch decks, competitive battle cards, and treasury product thought leadership content.
- Partner with sales and relationship management teams to support deal acceleration through tailored content and messaging.
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using KPIs to ensure high ROI and lead conversion effectiveness.
- Drive content-led marketing initiatives such as whitepapers, blogs, reports, and media articles focused on treasury and cash management trends.
- Collaborate with analyst firms, industry associations, and fintech forums to enhance credibility and visibility.
- Plan and execute webinars, roundtables, and industry events to elevate brand presence.
- Leverage digital channels, PR, and social media to amplify thought leadership and client engagement.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and client-centricity.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, technology, and executive leadership to craft unified marketing strategies.
- Manage agency relationships and marketing partners to scale execution and drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing within fintech, global banking, or corporate banking, with strong focus on Treasury or Cash Management products.
- In-depth understanding of B2B marketing within treasury, payments, liquidity management, and corporate finance.
- Expertise in go-to-market strategy, demand generation, product positioning, and launch planning.
- Experience working in global or regional markets with knowledge of regulatory requirements, buyer behavior, and competitive positioning.
- Strong background in integrated campaign planning and execution across digital, content, and event channels.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Adept at using data and insights to drive decision-making, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate measurable ROI.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling product and treasury narratives.
- Strategic thinker, self-driven, with strong problem-solving, project management, and execution skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, and outcome-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for business engagements, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
