About the Role
We re looking for a
Product Marketing Manager
to take full ownership of growth for Super Agents
, our pre-built, high-impact AI agents across verticals like Sales, HR, and BFSI. This is a
full-ownership role
. You are the marketing head for your product line
, responsible for the MQL numbers, the content strategy, and the overall go-to-market motion. You ll work with the central marketing team for execution, but strategy, ideas, and outcomes sit entirely with you.

What You ll Do
Own the MQLs and Funnel
- Define and drive the growth strategy for Super Agents.
- Align with SEO, content, and performance teams to hit monthly lead goals.
- Track performance metrics and run experiments to accelerate conversions.
Content & Positioning
- Build and own the narrative for Super Agents landing pages, playbooks, blogs, and case studies.
- Collaborate with design and content to bring ideas to life quickly.
- Create and maintain campaign calendars, comparison pages, and product storytelling.
Execution & Experiments
- Design and run lead-gen experiments across web, social, and email.
- Identify seeding opportunities influencer shoutouts, community features, comparison listings.
- Execute short-form and social campaigns directly when needed.
- Move fast from idea draft launch with minimal dependencies.
Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with SEO, content, and design pods to execute your roadmap.
- Coordinate deliverables and timelines with the central marketing team.
- Eventually build a Super Agents Pod that operates like a mini-marketing org.
What You Bring
- 4 7 years in
product marketing
, growth
, or content-led demand gen
for SaaS/AI products. - Proven ability to move from concept to execution independently.
- Strong grasp of
SEO, funnels, and campaign analytics
. -
Power user
of Claude, ChatGPT, and Notion
you use AI to ideate, draft, and execute. - Ability to build and edit assets in
Framer
or Webflow
(big plus). - Strong storytelling and copywriting skills; you can write your own pages.
- You think in systems and experiments, not isolated campaigns.
- High-ownership mindset you move with urgency and take end-to-end responsibility.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in AI, SaaS, or multi-product portfolios.
- Experience in content seeding, influencer outreach, or community marketing.
- Familiarity with visual tools like Figma or Canva.
