We are seeking dynamic and experienced product marketers who can execute product marketing activities for the Electrical Distribution range including MCBs, RCCBs, RCBOs, SPDs, Distribution Boards, EV Chargers, and LV/MV Switchgear. The role involves executing product strategy, supporting business growth, and ensuring technical and commercial excellence.
1. Product Portfolio Management: Manage the assigned range of products (MCB, RCCB, RCBO, SPD, Distribution Boards, EV Chargers) through their entire lifecycle from introduction to phase-out ensuring market relevance, profitability, and competitiveness.
2. Market Mapping & Business Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and mapping to identify new business opportunities, segment trends, and growth areas. Analyze competitors’ product offerings, pricing strategies, and technological trends to support strategic planning.
3. Pricing & Profitability Management: Develop and maintain product pricing structures in coordination with Sales, Finance, and Management. Monitor margins and recommend pricing actions to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
4. Technical Support & Application Guidance: Provide in-depth technical support to Sales, Business Development, and Technical Support teams. Assist in preparing technical proposals, responding to customer queries, and resolving field issues related to products.
5. Product Training & Knowledge Sharing: Design and conduct product training programs and presentations for internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, and Channel Teams) and external partners (consultants, contractors, and customers).
6. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth product operations, timely availability, and quality consistency. Work closely with R&D for new product development, feature enhancement, and customization based on market feedback.
7. Product Promotion & Marketing Communication: Support the creation of product literature, catalogues, presentations, and digital content to strengthen brand and product visibility in the market.
8. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track product sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to management. Recommend corrective actions and improvement plans where necessary.
